Are my images uploaded to apply filters?
No! All image processing and filter application happens entirely within your web browser (client-side). Your photos never leave your device, ensuring 100% privacy and lightning-fast edits without waiting for servers.
What are the common use cases for these filters?
Our preset filters are perfect for giving photos a consistent aesthetic for social media (like Instagram), creating moody atmospheres for blog posts, or standardizing brand imagery. For example, Grayscale and Sepia are great for vintage or professional portraits, while the Color Adjustments help fix poor lighting.
Can I combine multiple filters together?
Currently, our tool allows you to select one preset filter style at a time, but you can manually combine various adjustments (Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, Blur, Hue) to create your own custom multi-filter effect! If you need to stack presets, you can apply one, download the image, and then upload it again.
How do I revert to the original image?
If you aren't happy with the edits, you can easily remove all applied filters and adjustments by clicking the "Reset All Defaults" button found near the top of the color adjustment sliders. Your original image file remains untouched until you press download.
